Reservations Procedures and Resort Policies

Deposits: Please send $150 PER BEDROOM for each cottage week desired. Also, if you will give us as much information as possible on the reservation slip, it will expedite getting everything ready for you.

Group or Reunion Deposits: If 3 or more cottages are to be reserved, a deposit of 50% of the total cabin rental is required. Please complete a reservation slip for each cottage reserved. Call us at 1-800-356-6784 for more information.

Availability: Since our availability information changes so rapidly, we do not provide that information on this site. Instead, please fill out our Availability Form or call our Toll Free Reservations Number: 1-800-356-6784 to check on availability for the vacation week you desire. Then print the reservation slip, fill it out and mail it with your deposit. Phone and email reservations will be held until your deposit has time to arrive or you may use a credit card to guarantee your reservation. We accept VISA and MasterCard, Cash, Money Orders and Checks. Call, email or write us anytime and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Deposit Refund: Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Deposits will be applied to the last day(s) of your reserved stay.

After 5 p.m. on Friday evenings we ask that you come to the office to settle your bill. This is also a good time to make your cabin reservation for the following year.

Resort Policies

Visitors: Many of our guests like to invite friends who might be in the area to visit them at North Star. We welcome them to spend some time with us and join in the fun if they desire, however, they must be registered upon arrival. We reserve the right to charge for daily and nightly visitors.

No Pets: No pets allowed. Since almost everyone has a pet we ask that if you are making a reservation for a friend, please make them aware of this policy. Kennels are located nearby.

No Jet Skis, ATV's or Golf Carts: No Jet Skis or ATVs allowed on the premises. Golf carts are not allowed on the premises unless arrangements are made in advance to accommodate a handicapped guest.

No Fireworks: For the safety our guests, our property and out of consideration for our neighbors we do not allow fireworks of any kind.
