North Star Lake Resort we believe that leisure time is as important for

North Star Lake means that our guests live and play in the heart of

 The
lake is the perfect "family fun" destination on a summer
day for fishing, relaxing in the sun
or playing with the kids. Our safe, shallow sand beach is
a great spot for building a sand castle, swimming in the lake or
soaking up the sun. North Star Lake is a clean and clear
lake which makes waterskiing, tubing and playing on our Aqua
Jump water trampoline or Water Mountain an enjoyable way to pass
the day. You can jump and climb with the kids or use the
tramp as a sun deck! Guests enjoy free use of our paddle
boats, and kayaks from which they can explore the shores of the lake and get
an up close view of the wildlife that abounds in our area.
However, don't feel obligated to play too hard - we encourage
peaceful relaxation on a lounge chair, too! |

The
great thing about a resort vacation at North Star Lake Resort is that
with our focus on your family there are a wide variety of outdoor
activities to enjoy during your stay with us. Our
centrally located activity area features our beautiful heated pool and
wading pool as well as a sun deck. Enjoy lounging by the pool while
you take in our scenic Northwoods setting. Nearby, our well-equipped playground
is a huge hit with the kids and includes safe, sturdy playground
equipment, a jumping gym and a playhouse. After some
well-earned leisure time many of our guests enjoy "getting physical"
with sporting activities like soccer, volleyball, basketball, or
horseshoes. |

our outdoor resort activities aren't enough to fill your day you can also enjoy
area attractions such as
golf,
tennis,
hiking trails and mountain biking. Parents and kids alike
appreciate our planned kid's
 activities
including our Kindernook program which focuses on supervised activities
for kids ages 3 to 7. Finally, the lodge
at North Star Lake Resort is the heart and soul of our family resort.
From snacks to video games there are plenty of indoor activities to fill
a rainy day!
